Welcome to EZLearning. By accessing or using our website, mobile application, services, or affiliate program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the affiliate program. The learning app itself may be used by learners of all ages under parental guidance.

3. Services Provided

EZLearning provides:

  • An English learning mobile application

  • Digital educational content

  • An optional affiliate program based on a binary commission structure

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

4. Account Registration

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Any activity performed using your account will be considered your responsibility.

5. Affiliate Program & Binary Plan

Participation in the affiliate program is optional.

  • Entry fee: $30 (currently discounted to $23)

  • Commissions are calculated based on a binary structure

  • 1 left / 1 right match pays $10

  • Subsequent 2/2 matches pay $5

  • Maximum earning limit is $110 per day

EZLearning reserves the right to modify commission structures, limits, or rules at any time to ensure system stability and fairness.

6. No Income Guarantee

EZLearning does not guarantee income. Earnings depend on individual effort, referrals, and network growth. Results may vary from user to user.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

  • Provide false or misleading information

  • Attempt to manipulate the compensation system

  • Use automated tools or bots

  • Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior

Violation may result in suspension or permanent account termination without refund.

8. Payments & Refunds

All payments are digital. Entry fees and subscription charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, text, videos, and learning materials are the property of EZLearning and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

EZLearning shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the app, website, or affiliate program.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

12. Changes to Terms

Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
